A gathering for the girls in bloom
According to the National Report on the State of Self Esteem, 7 in 10 girls believe they are not good enough or do not measure up in some way, including their looks, performance in school and relationships with family and friends.
We gotta fix that!
It is through healthy and strong female friendships that we as women have found the space to dream, to grieve, to question, to process and to grow into strong and powerful women.
Given the societal pressures facing young women today,
girls need a way to build self confidence
within a circle of love, acceptance and support.
This camp is designed for the girls in bloom and
will explore how the bonds of sisterhood can nurture our personal growth.
This budding sisterhood will meet for 2 days to:
Saturday: Reflect and Release
~Meditate to center ourselves
~Reflect and journal on our
fears and anxieties surrounding girlhood
~Discuss self care and explore
aromatherapy as a tool for calming ourselves
~Set an intention for the school year ahead
~Create a Vision Board for
how we wish this year to unfold
~Commemorate our time together
with a tea ceremony
